Mended Denim

Repair as Record

Every pair of jeans carries its own record before I add a single stitch — a back pocket worn into the shape of a wallet; a knee opened by a fall on the trail; rips once bought pre-made with pretend wear that, over years, have become real. These projects treat those marks as starting points rather than flaws, mending each piece in a way that keeps its history visible instead of erasing it. These are individual pieces and the stories that follow them.
