A pattern made from "Chelsea's Challenge" over on Pattern Observer. I've been thinking about lace lately, and when I saw this photo in the May challenge it immediately made me think about turning it into a lacey pattern. A quick overview of my process: Copy>Paste>Flip 3x to make repeatable image. Select>Color Range> and selected branches. Layer>New Fill Layer and used a texture I'd made to fill the branches. New Adjusment Layer> Invert. Applied filters: Inner Glow, Pattern Overlay, Drop Shadow. Then went back and selected more color ranges and filled different areas with new colors.
