Payments & Security

We use PayPal and Stripe to process payments securely. We never view, access, or store your personal credit card information. Both payment processors share basic order details with us (such as your name, shipping address, and email) solely to process and fulfill your order.

Shipping

• Made-to-Order Lead Time: Many of our pieces are made to order, so please allow up to two weeks before shipping. If you need something by a particular date, please check with us before ordering.

• Domestic Shipping: Many items include free shipping to the US. If there are shipping fees, they will be added at checkout.

• International Shipping: We cannot ship internationally at this time.

Returns & Store Credit

• Return Window: Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving your item, with prior approval, for shop credit only.

• Condition: All items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and have original tags still attached. Discounted and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

• How to Initiate a Return: Please contact us at carlyn@carlynclark.com to initiate a return. If your request is accepted, we will send you return instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

This site contains intellectual property owned by Carlyn Clark, including trademarks, copyrights, and original artwork. Purchase of any artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.
