"Odemira", by Carlyn Clark of "The 1 Motif 100 Ways" series for day 17 of "The 100 Day Project"

Odemira is located on the coast of Southern Portugal. It has the largest land mass of any municipality in Portugal, is home to one of the biggest music festivals in Europe, Festival do Sudoeste, and is home to Vitacress, world leader in the salad market. It's famous for it's beaches and has a large German and Dutch population. 

 

Today's pattern was inspired by this bridge in Odemira. Once again, I was surprised that by layering and overlapping the elements of my original motif differently I was able to come up with a completely different pattern.
