I've made another lacy, round, doily-like pattern that was very loosely inspired by this faience plate found in a suburb of Lisbon, Ratinho. 

I was interested in trying to change the rustic sponge work of the platter into a pattern that was reminiscent of Azulejo tile work. I pulled the blue tones out of the platter and decided to stay with a monochromatic color scheme.
