"Pedras Salgadas", by Carlyn Clark of "The 1 Motif 100 Ways" series for day 54 of "The 100 Day Project"

Today I'm thinking about the spa town and nature park of Pedras Salgadas, Portugal. The town looks very much like a mountain village here in the U.S. There's a mix of modern cabins set amongst the trees, and old stone buildings from centuries past. It's famous for its spring water. So I went with a natural-colored, foliage inspired checked pattern.
