Zero Waste Bags
Waste none. Carry on.
Every bag starts as leftovers — scraps from other projects, corporate overstock fabrics that found no use, screen print tests that didn't make the cut, or offcuts from canvases that became something else.
Nothing is dyed or made new for the occasion; everything is upcycled, sourced, or salvaged. Each piece is assembled playfully with no sketch and no plan — just what is in the pile and what wants to sit next to what. Through layered fabric scraps, raw-edge appliqués, and intuitive free-motion stitching, the result is a little unpredictable, a little mismatched, and entirely one of a kind.

Odds and Ends Tote: A structured cotton tote bag decorated with an artistic, mixed-media fiber collage. The surface features layered fabric scraps in tones of indigo, gold, ochre, plum, and teal, accented by raw edges, free-form stitching, couch work, and textured fringe trim along the right side. Cream twill double handles finish the top of the tote.
Mended Wool Suit Bag A men’s wool suit transformed into a crossbody bag, featuring its original sleeve and cuff buttons as the fold-over flap. Originally made in London by Suitcase (Recycled in London), this piece was brought to me for moth hole repair. Using a different decorative stitch for every hole—primarily across the back—the visible mending turns former damage into the bag's standout feature. Click on the image to see details.
